Mobile phones may have evolved into several types, even as high as the chance to see online movies to or connect via the Internet, but it is something that people, even if they are in an eligible low-income family, they deserve have half decent media.

I personally believe that SafeLink should be given more funds to continue this programme so as many deserving citizens would have access to free cell phones which everyone has a right to.
